All Créations du Nord furniture is made to order according to each customer's specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and production has begun. |
| 2. Defective or damaged products : |
We carry out a full quality check on every product before delivery and once installed in our customers' homes. Consequently, damaged and/or defective products are very rare. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation (maximum 7 days after purchase). In such cases, we will repair or replace the product at no extra charge. |

3 . Pre-purchase review :Â |
Customers can always ask us questions before purchasing. We strongly suggest ordering our sample box to see for themselves the final colors of our materials. |

At any time, the customer can try to request changes or cancel the order via chat, the form on the site or by e-mail. If the order has not yet been started and it is still possible to modify or cancel it, this will be done without any problem. |
